The following conditions apply to accommodation bookings made by you through your usage of www.metrohouselondon.co.uk. Nest Lodge London may alter these conditions at any time.
Making a booking
It is your responsibility to submit accurate information and mention any special requirements at the time of booking.
Modifications
The modification fee is £5.00 per alteration. These must be made in advance of the cancellation period to avoid late cancellation fees.
Cancellations and Non-Arrivals
Cancellations and non-arrivals result in the loss of your pre-payment. You will also be charged for the first night per 7 nights stay if you make a cancellation within the accommodation provider's late cancellation period (24 hours prior to arrival), or do not arrive.
Group or Long-Stay Bookings
When making reservations either for 10 people or more or for stays of over 21 nights, your booking will be subject to the accommodation provider's group/long stay booking policy. You may need to pay a proportion of the balance prior to arrival.
Upon Arrival
The terms and conditions of the accommodation provider will apply to you from check-in, or in the case of non-arrival.
